I 1966, S. 557, zuletzt geändert durch BGBl. European Patent Attorneys are members of the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (epi).   The codes of conduct of the epi are available here or in the epi-Informations 2/2001on page 75.

European Trademark and Design Attorneys are trademark and design professionals registered with the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market located in Alicante, Spain.
